Financial statements for the Mineral Vault I Ltd entity will be posted on a monthly basis HERE.  Mineral Vault I Ltd is a British Virgin Islands (BVI) Business Company.

Dividends:

Summary information and detailed supporting documentation for each Mineral Vault I dividend paid is available HERE.  Folders are shown for each dividend.  Within each folder, the following documentation is provided:

1. Dividend Report (PDF)
   • A high-level overview of property cashflows during the specified timeframe along with the derivation of the net payable dividend amount

   • A reiteration of the information in the Dividend Report above, along with a detailed breakdown of revenues and expenses outlined in the report

   • For revenue, expenses on revenue, and any administrative expenses broken out in the Dividend Summary Spreadsheet referenced above, supporting folders are shown which contain every individual check deposited, check paid, or other expense detail as appropriate to evidence the line items broken out on the Dividend Summary Spreadsheet, in PDF format.
