Token Dividend Distribution Process

At the ongoing discretion of the tokenized SPV, noncumulative dividends shall be declared and paid on the tokens on a monthly basis. The amount of all dividends shall be paid pro rata to the participating token holders as of a particular date & time (the “Dividend Record Date & Time”). Each Dividend will be paid as a transfer of USDC stablecoin.

Dividend payments will be handled in the following manner: On the first of each calendar month, Mineral Vault LLC, acting as agent for the SPV, shall share details regarding any dividend amount which shall be distributed to token holders as of the Dividend Record Date & Time. The Dividend Record Date & Time shall be the fifth day of each calendar month at exactly 11:59:00 pm UTC. At a Dividend Record Date & Time, the Company records all holders of the tokens at that exact moment according to the Plume Network blockchain. Holders of the Tokens at a Dividend Record Date & Time will then receive dividend payments within 5 days of the Dividend Record Date & Time.
